Il 13 settembre 2021, presso il tribunale provinciale di Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada, l'onorevole giudice R. Lamperson ha ritenuto Nicklaus Templeman, proprietario e operatore di Campbell River Whale and Bear Excursions, colpevole di violazioni sia ai sensi della Species at Risk che del Federal Atti sulla pesca.
